1What currency is the pricing?
Our standard currency is NZD but at the top of the page, you can change the currency as per your country. If your local currency is not available it will default to our little old currency, the New Zealand Dollar.

3Where is your headquarters?
We are based on the North Shore of Auckland. A strategic spot that makes it super convenient to access all of our favourite adventure spots.
4Where are your products designed and made?
All of our products are born here in New Zealand. The design and often prototypes are made by our in house crew and then we get on a plane to find the very best partners to produce them at a commercial scale. The majority ofour products currently come from china with the rods being made out of the same factory as CD rods.
5What are your Rodsmade out of?
The very best Japanesecarbon material we can find. In the case of our fly rods, this is a 40T Toray pre-impregnated high modulus carbon fibre. Our saltwater rods are made out of a 30T carbon combined with a patented material we cant tell you to much about (it’s a secret but is what gives it the extra power and durability).
6What year did Trycd start?
Composite Developments was founded in 1981 and CD rods were produced soon after. Unfortunately we spent our time focusing on making rods rather than trademarking names so when it came to taking our new product to the world, we had to create a new name in 2018, TRYCD.

10I ordered from your online store and I need to make a return. What do I do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number as well as the reason for the return and one of our customer care staff will get back to you with instructions. Please note: You have 30 days from the day it's received to return your item. Product must be un-used and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping and re-shipping of a new item (if applicable) is at the expense of the customer.
